Montana Women’s Business Center | Sub Center Grand Opening

The Ravalli County Economic Development Authority will hold a Grand Opening of the new Montana Women’s Business Center Sub Center office on Thursday, January 26th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Refreshments and good networking will be provided. This program provides resources for RCEDA to continue and expand individual counseling to business women (but is available to all businesses). The program includes the monthly Women’s Network Entrepreneurial Training (WNET). Brown bag lunch WNET begins at the REC on February 23rd. Food Entrepreneur Opportunity

A new Food Network series is looking for FOOD ENTREPRENEURS. Specifically, people who have left their previous career to start a new restaurant (or similar business). Must have little-to-no prior professional culinary experience. Must be planning to open a brick-and-mortar space where there will be walk-in customers (restaurant, bakery, sandwich shop, etc.). Must be aiming to open between now and autumn 2012.

Opportunity – RFP For RML Coffee Concession

Attached is the Request for Proposals to provide a coffee/concession type service (kitchen plan) at Rocky Mountain Laboratories. Complete proposals are due to RML by 4:30 p.m., Monday, October 31, 2011. Any proposals received after that will not be considered. Several Bitterroot Valley employers have been hearing from employees that there are gaps in child care services available in the Valley.
Please take five minutes and click on the survey below and help us identify issues and give us your comments and ideas. Stevensville, Pantry Partners Food Bank Facility Bid Open

Ravalli County, through its sub-recipient Ravalli County Economic Development Authority (RCEDA), is issuing a request for separate sealed bids for the construction of the Pantry Partners Food Bank Facility (PPFB) to be located in Stevensville, Montana. This construction project will be partially funded by FY2010 grant for $450,000 from the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) of the Montana Department of Commerce to Ravalli County and administered by the RCEDA. Coffee and Beverage Service at RML Request for Interested Businesses

Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML) is considering adding a coffee and beverage service on its Hamilton campus and is reaching out to anyone interested in providing this service. The campus, part of the National Institutes of Health, has no food or beverage services on site other than vending machines. RML has more than 400 employees and contractors.
The RML Recreation and Welfare Association, Inc., is developing a request for proposal that will be sent to interested bidders, but as part of its procurement wants to develop a list of interested parties to receive specific information about the desired services.
