Cynthia Rademacher

Cynthia Rademacher has been a marketing professional since 1996 and has always been one of our most popular instructors because of her passion for her profession. She was owner-operator of Maverick Marketing, which she sold in 2010. Her specialties include consultation, strategy, public relations, and consensus building. She recently completed a BS in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University.



Richard A Weber

Richard Weber has been in private practice in Ravalli County for 32 years.  His practice is primarily civil litigation in the areas of water rights, commercial disputes, domestic relations, personal injury, collections and foreclosures. His practice also includes banking law, probate and real property transactions.  He has presented many continuing legal education seminars in the areas of real estate, title insurance and other topics in Western Montana.

Richard Weber received his JD from the U of Montana. Mr. Weber is an appellate mediator for the Montana Supreme Court.



Howard F. Recht

Howard earned a B.S. from Brigham Young University in 1983 in Business Administration. Howard then earned a J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 1986 and has been admitted to practice law in Montana, since that time. He has been in private practice, corporate practice, and has served as a Deputy Ravalli County Attorney since 2011. As Deputy County Attorney he represents the county in civil matters, including employment-related issues.



Stephanie Mapelli

Stephanie Mapelli QuickBooks InstructorStephanie retired in December 2015 after a successful and varied career that spanned entrepreneurial ventures in the wholesale and retail sectors and executive positions in the for profit, non-profit, and public sectors. She learned QuickBooks the hard way – by trial and error and now endeavors to save others from a similar experience.

Stephanie and her Swiss Certified Watchmaker husband Michael are members of the Lost Trail Powder Mountain Ski Patrol. Willow (the dog) makes sure they get out and hike, walk and swim regularly.





Annette O’Leary – Coggins

Annette Oleary Website InstructorOriginally from Ireland, Annette is a woman of many talents: a chef, author and internet marketing consultant.

She is the owner of Web Consulting Depot and you can taste her delicious fare at O’Leary’s Kitchen at the Hamilton Farmers Market.
