Monte is the President of First Interstate Bank in Hamilton. First Intestate Bank is privately held and is $6 Billion company based out of Billings, Montana.

Monte graduated from High School in Dillon, Montana. After High School he atteneded Montana State University where he achieved a BS in Business Finance. Monte attended Graduate School at Idaho State University where he achieved an MBA in Finance. Monte continues his education in the finance field at Pacific Coast Banking school at the University of Washington.

Community involvement is a very necessary ingredient in the success of any bank.
