The Ravalli County Economic Development Authority (RCEDA), kicks off its 6th session of business planning and technology classes for summer starting with its first evening classes. Spreadsheet and accounting software classes will be offered from 6-9pm starting Thursday July 14th with QuickBooks. The spring session of the Ravalli County Economic Development Authority’s (RCEDA) Building Bitterroot Business series begins with the first class on Friday April 22nd. An additional course has been added so the series now includes 6 classes. We changed the curriculum to include a separate course on business entities and how it relates to raising capital. This class will be taught by two excellent attorneys and will include a primer on S-Corps, LLCs and the other business entity options, and will discuss the implications of that choice for raising money and taxes.
