This class will show you how to use the Ravalli County Economic Development Authority (RCEDA) Financial Workbook to create three year projected Cash Flow, Income and Balance Sheet statements. It includes a “Sources and Uses” sheet and an Amortization Table that can calculate loan interest and principle payments. This tool can help you to create budgets and analyze the financial advisability of expansion, taking on a business loan or purchasing equipment. A financial plan is an invaluable tool in business management and essential for obtaining business credit and attracting investors.
